Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Window
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days from the date of delivery
- Items discounted 20% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition and packaging
- Be free from pilling, stains, marks, or damage
- Be free from strong odors (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.)
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons:
- Accessories (caps, bags, bottles, jewelry, slides, etc.)
- Bodysuits
- Socks and undergarments
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under our return policy.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Store credit can be used once only (unused balance will not carry forward)
YAKÉ reserves the right to decline returns requested after 21 days.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Exchanges (Out of Stock)
If the requested exchange item or size is unavailable, store credit will be issued (valid for 12 months).
Domestic Returns (Sri Lanka)
- Free returns and exchanges are available for domestic orders via Citypak Courier
- Returns must be processed through Citypak to qualify for free return shipping

Sale Items
- Discounts 20% or more: Final sale
- Discounts less than 20%: Eligible for return or exchange within 21 days (conditions apply)
Gift Items
- Gift items can only be exchanged for the same item and color in a different size
- Verification with the original purchaser may be required
- No refunds or store credits are issued for gift items
